1. Coverage
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days after delivery.
Things that might be covered are:
Stitching that isn't right
Zippers, buttons, or fasteners that don't work right
Defects in materials that aren't caused by normal use
2. Things that are not included
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or not taking care of something properly
Normal wear and tear, fading, or getting smaller
Changes made after buying
3. How to File a Warranty Claim
Send us an email at contact@ShopMatterhorn.shop with your order number and pictures of the problem.
We will look over your request and let you know how to send the item back if it is eligible.
We will fix, replace, or refund the broken item at our discretion once we have confirmed it.
4. Return or exchange
If your warranty claim is approved, we will either send you a new item or give you your money back through the same payment method you used to buy it (PayPal or credit card) within 7 business days of receiving the item.
