2. Minimum Order
There may be a minimum order amount for wholesale orders.
Once your account is approved, we will let you know what the minimums are.
3. Prices and Deals
Only approved wholesale accounts can get wholesale prices.
Discounts may change depending on the size of the order, the type of product, and any current sales.
4. Terms of Payment
Unless you agree to something else, you must pay for wholesale orders with PayPal or a credit card.
For big orders, you might have to pay a deposit or the full amount up front. This will be made clear when your account is approved.
5. Sending
Standard shipping rules apply, and the cost may change based on the size of the order and where it is going.
Shipping times for wholesale orders may be different from those for retail orders. We will let you know when the order is processed.
6. Exchanges and Returns
You can only return or exchange wholesale items if they are defective in the way they were made.
Our wholesale team must approve all returns ahead of time.
